About the role
A missionary disciple called to inspire and mobilize the Catholic community within the Archdiocese of Detroit to live out the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy. Supports promotion of CCSEM programs, fosters Catholic service to the poor and marginalized, and partners with parishes, schools, fraternal organizations, and mission partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in theology, social work, nonprofit administration, management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of two years' experience leading a Christian service ministry. Understanding of Catholic Social Teaching. Knowledge of community resources and parish networks within the Archdiocese of Detroit. Strong written and verbal communication skills including public speaking. Leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Get Connected or similar preferred. Ability to travel throughout the Archdiocese. Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation. Completion of Archdiocese of Detroit Protecting God's Children training within 90 days of hire. Successful completion of employment screens. Full-time, 40 hours/week, salaried exempt. Travel up to 50%.
