About the role
Functions under supervision of the Clinical Services Manager and provides direct clinical care in the form of group, family, and/or individual client treatment. May include didactic programming and parent programming. Responsible for treatment groups, documentation, and treatment planning for compliance. Part-time or full-time, minimum 20-25 hours/week if part-time, minimum 2 evenings per week; some telehealth available.

Requirements
- Master's degree preferred - bachelor's level mandatory in a human services field; Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Addiction Studies. Full licensure in Michigan preferred, limited license considered. Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor or registered development plan with MCBAP preferred. Clinical experience with mental health and substance use disorders. Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and ASAM criteria preferred. Computer skills; electronic health records. Comfortable with multiple worksites. Successful completion of employment screens.
