About the role
Leads fundraising efforts and donor stewardship initiatives designed to build the annual fund, increase donor retention, and support growth of the major gift program. Reports to the Chief Development Officer and is outward-facing, often the first point of contact for donors and other constituents.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Philanthropy, Nonprofit Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two years of professional experience in fundraising or related fields. Knowledge of Catholic Church teachings/traditions, annual giving techniques, digital platforms, donor communications, nonprofit operations, Microsoft Office Suite. CRM software: Blackbaud Raiser's Edge/NXT preferred. Must pass a criminal background check. Full-time, salaried exempt, 40 hours/week.
